Can I reschedule my upcoming order?Updated 8 months ago

You can reschedule your order from your account page any time before your order has been processed! Simply login to your account here, and click "Change next order date" at the top of the page. After you choose your desired ship date, click "save" and you're all set!

If you have been charged for your order and received a confirmation email, then you won't be able to reschedule from your account page as your order is in progress at our facilities. Feel free to email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 888-420-5004 and a member of our team can help cancel your order so long as it has not left our facilities!
